Here’s the first Survival Dungeon event for Final Fantasy Record Keeper. You will get the prizes for collecting the required amount of tokens.
Note: This is the next best place to farm for levels! Scroll all the way down to find out more.
Disclaimer: due to the complexity of the event bosses, this guide might not be so accurate compared to the previous guides. Just treat this as a rough guide on what to prepare and plan who to train with it.
Event Objective
Collect Memory Prisms (tokens) as you challenge the 3 different stages in the Magitek Research Facility.
Reward Highlights
Unlike the Collection Events, you will be rewarded for reaching the relevant number of tokens in Survival mode. Here’s the table to show the items you’ll be getting and how many Memory Prisms you need to collect everything. Since the token in this mode is cumulative, all rewards can only be gotten once.

Preparations
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You will need to have a team of level 50 to challenge the HARD DIFFICULTY.
THIS EVENT can be TOUGH. The Synergy system wasn’t implemented in Japan during this event thus the event was considered a challenge. However, since the global build have already the Synergy System, this event shouldn’t pose a problem for us.
Update: Apparently, people are telling me the event is damn easy now and can be done with a level 30 team so I guess they did do something to the global build
We all know that a set of predefined monsters will appear randomly throughout a stage. For this event, the Bosses will also appear randomly throughout the stages. It is possible to fight bosses on the 1st stage.
Each monster in the event has their own Multiplier. Take the Multiplier and x the Base number of Memory Stones in each difficulty to get your final reward.
Easy – 10 Memory Prisms
Normal – 20 Memory Prisms
Hard – 50 Memory Prisms
x 1.6 x 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.4 x 1.4 x 2 x 2.5 x 3
Abilities
Bring along your SLOW
Bring your BLINDNA!!
HONE ALL ABILITIES to as high as possible
Curaga
Power Break and Magic Break
Retaliate Meta works well here
Bosses
Shiva and Ifrit – Fire and Ice for – Careful when they switch.
Number 024 (x2.5 boss) – The boss will change it’s attribute randomly throughout the battle. Casting the wrong weakness ability during it’s change can result in healing him instead. You need lots of luck if you want to defeat this boss using magic, I recommend bringing your FF6 characters and Physical attack him to death would be safer. Use your Power Break and Magic Break to reduce your damage intake.
Number 128 (x3 boss) – The boss has 3 different parts. No elemental weakness but absorbs Ice abilities. The arms will resurrect when defeated. Kill off 1 arm and focus fire on the Boss’s body.

First clear reward | Lesser Scarletite × 2, Mythril × 1 |
3. HARD
[Total required stamina: 32]
Master reward | Greater Growth Egg × 1, × 1 Mythril |
Clear reward | Gil × 3000 |
First clear reward | Scarletite × 2, Mythril × 1 |
EXP Leveling
After collecting all the rewards, you can start farming for exp here. At hard mode stage 1, try restarting the stage until you’ve gotten 5 puddings (Flan) as your enemy .
The base exp for this 5 puddings (Flans) is 15,460 for Master Clear. Remember, keep re-rolling only the first stage of Hard mode Stage 1 as that’s where the puddings are located. You will be able to see which monster is appearing by clicking on the stage. Therefore keep rerolling until the pudding is up before actually accepting the fight.
Check out this video
“there is a way to not eat into your stamina while re-rolling”
What does this mean?
If you two are still needing to know, it means that there’s no way to refresh the mobs without spending Stamina.
I’m pretty sure if you just start the fight then close the app it will work? Then when you reopen the app it will be re-rolled, and still in the encounter.
Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
What they mean don’t start the battle, you can see what your opponent is going to be from the first click. If it’s not the Flans, click on the ‘back’ button then the ‘Camp’ one. Select ‘Retreat’, and go through the process selecting the dungeon difficulty again. Retreating does not cost you any stamina.
I’m quite curious about what that means too. Please explain.
If you two are still needing to know, it means that there’s no way to refresh the mobs without spending Stamina.
I think you might be reading the text incorrectly. It states that there is a way to NOT eat stamina. It seems that you are reading ‘there is no way to not eat stamina.’ Either that, or you sir are trolling. (I am sure you will just reply to this with the same comment as above if you are indeed trolling.)
Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
If you hard close it and restart, then select continue battle, you will refresh the current fight phase you are in. I used this on a few bosses to kill them before timers expired.
For the last sentence, I did a little search on the web and found the following. Basically before you start any battle there is a screen that tells you what monster you’ll face. Before the 1st battle check the screen, if it’s not pudding then do not start the battle and retreat directly. In this way you can retreat without wasting stamina.

North America version we don’t see the mobs.

Fail troll is fail. You need to learn the lines right if you are going to try.

Puddings for EXP
024 for memory stones. Bring a strong party, u’ll have to fight 2 128.
I believe Thundara does not trigger the mecha enemy to counter with Blind, even if it doesn’t kill it.
So what I did was Thundara, and then Thunderstrike to finish it off.
Actually, correction. I believe I was able to do that only when there were two of them on the screen, and they supposedly only counter when there’s only one of them left standing.
Or perhaps it’s random if they counter or not. Just read someone saying they counter even if both of them are on the field.
They don’t counter magic attacks. They may counter any physical ones though.

I wish I had been paying attention to what I was fighting but i am pretty sure I.got 6k. It started with either flan, proto, or maybe onions. It definitely did not start with any of the bosses.
What is the best sequence of enemies on normal mode?
Reset 100times… (no stamina wasted by the way!) and not a 024 at first, Is this really existing?
Just bad luck ? xD
I only seen once 024 as the first battle for the whole day.
You say that 024 can be healed if you choose the wrong element. I don’t think this is the case, at least in the global version. I think his vulnerability changes, but he never absorbs an element.
T-This can’t be… The event finished ! I didn’t get Celes D:
