Commentary |
If you brought Intimidate, which I think you should, this fight should be easy. Conserve your abilities and build up your SB gauges.

MVPs in this fight will be Magic Breakdown and Dark Buster. Other than that this fight should be easy, don’t waste too much abilities here.

Commentary |
With enough luck, Intimidate will carry you in this fight. Magic Breakdown also helps a lot here. If you have leftover charges of Dark Buster, you can use it here as well.

Make sure you only kill one head a time, Magic Breakdown + SG will keep incoming damage low. As long as you maintain that, you should be fine.

► Proudclad (with/without Jamar Armor)
Big Hand Clash: Deal physical damage to one target.
Wrist Laser: Deal physical damage to one target.
Beam Cannon: Deal massive non-elemental damage to all targets.
W Machine Gun: Deal physical damage to one target.
Knee Bend: Deal physical damage to one target.
Knee Fire: Deal physical damage to one target.
► Jamar Armor
Materia Jammer: Grants Reflect to one target.
Jammer Release: Removes Reflect status (triggers when Jamar Armor is defeated) |
Strategy |
Jamar Armor often uses Materia Jammer, granting characters with Reflect. After Jamar Armor is defeated, Jammer Release is activated, removing all Reflect status from characters. Destroy Jamar Armor ASAP so that Proud Clod’s weakness to lightning is exposed .You also want to Blind Proud Clod. Doing so will cut down incoming damage by a considerable amount, though you will still take damage from Beam Cannon. You can use Magic Breakdown to reduce Beam Cannon damage. This fight should be easy.

Ultima Beam: Deal massive non-elemental damage to all targets.
Quakera: Deal heavy earth damage to all targets.
Bolt Ball: Deal heavy lightning damage to one target. |
Strategy |
This fight is actually not that bad. Ultimate Weapon’s abilities are mostly magic based, so Magic Breakdown, Shellga, Sentinel’s Grimoire and Boon (or a combination of them) will be a huge momentum swing in your favour. (If you have a spare ability slot you can include Power Break as well).
Once that’s all setup you’ll be taking little damage from his attacks. From there it’s all about dealing as much damage as possible. Use high rarity magic like -Ja magic, Bioga, Diaga, etc.
Note that only Power Break and Magic Break are resisted, so you can use Armor/Mental Breaks with full effect.

I’m making a suggestion here.
Despite your website and the FFRK subreddit, I also follow a YT channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWMqT_4yL9nbGLdpmhSAiig) that will fit very well where you put the video links about bosses and strat. It`s a F2P player. Check his/her channel and give him/her a try.
